Dillards extra 40% off Clearance Items

I got a call from an associate at Dillards telling me that all of there Clearance starting today for Cardholders will be an extra 40% off.  How nice to get a call about a sale.  One time when I was checking out the lady asked me if I would like to be called when they have clearance sales, I said sure.  Anyways if you don't have a card then you can go tomorrow.   Just a heads up.
